Our Delivery Model

Our delivery model may vary from client to client, depending on their requirements and business structure. All projects small or big are executed by a model to ensure desired results and quality. A general project development model is explained below.


Requirement Analysis
After we receive project initiation request form client, our business analyst team get engaged in working closely with customer to gather, simplify and understand requirements. Once requirements are gathered and initial system requirement document is approved, we start building prototype of product. 

Identification of Solutions
There are multiple solutions available for almost any business requirement. However there is always a better one suiting the customer requirements, budgets and infrastructure. At Genex Business Solutions we identify best possible solutions to our customers after analyzing their requirements. We help our customer choose the best solution for their requirements.

Prototype
We give online demos of working model by creating HTML wire frames of both front site and back end control panel, which help customer to visually identity working of final product before it is developed. This approach not only clarifies any misunderstandings in requirement gathering but also reduces changes after development.

Design
Once prototype is approved by the customer, we start on the design phase of the solution. This phase includes complete graphic design of the solution. User friendliness, fast loading, and making a high impact is our target. In this phase we design a graphic skin for the prototype developed before. Adding colors give life to the prototype and we are ready for development once final design is approved.

Development

Once prototype & the front end design is approved, our development team start implementing project using standardized practices for coding, debugging and testing. We keep our client informed about progress and upload project on test location. 

Beta Testing
We upload beta of the solution online at demo location and let our customer experience it. Our expert application testing teams work on the system to identity any problems with the system. Together with our customer we enlist issues in the system and fix them.

Final Launch
After complete testing and satisfaction, we put up the system online for public usage. 

Maintenance
Most of our products comes with free maintenance, for at least three months, after final delivery. We fix any bugs and problems identified during this duration. 

Documentation & Source Files
After the final launch we provide our customers with technical and support documentation of the solution. Source files of the solution, database schema, coding guidelines, design source files are provided to the customer.

Support Contracts
To provide excellent customer services, we offer our clients to have annual support contracts with us. Our customers can sign up for fixed number of hours of technical support. Clients are able to request and monitor their support request online through customer area at Genexbs.com
