You will get following features in the administrative control panel:
1- Workers Management
Create and manage workers, with the ability to disable or remove. Each worker is assigned a unique login id and his login history, working hours, and task history is maintained. Workers have different authority levels, such as administrators, moderators, and workers.
2- Job Management
Administrator can add a new job and also view existing jobs in the system. Jobs can be categorized into different job types. Job types can be defined by Administrator. A Job can contain multiple tasks, which can be assigned to multiple workers in the company. Completion status of individual tasks related to a Job determines the overall status of the Job.
3- Tasks Management
Administrator can add tasks related to any Job already in the system. Each individual task has a deadline, start date, priority level, instructions and multiple Workers can be assigned the task. Administrator can view assigned task to any Worker to know if he can allocate time to new task. A task can be re-assigned anytime to a new worker and a reason can also be logged.
4- Daily Action Plan (DAP)
Everyday when working shift starts, workers login into their online accounts to view their scheduled tasks for the day. These tasks are derived from the task pool on priority levels, tasks which are already open, and other intelligent rules. Administrators can login and change priority of tasks at any time, gives flexibility to control the system and reorganize work schedules if required.
5- Communication
Administrators and Workers can communicate with each other with respect to any task or job through the workflow manager. Message boards are attached with each task and they serve as a knowledge database as well for future jobs of similar nature.
6- Reporting
Workers respond to each task allocated to them and get instructions from the Workflow Manager and timelines to finish the job. Workers get information of other co-workers working with them on the job. Each Worker on a job gets to report back by his progress and submit any deliverables if required.
7- Pay Checks
Per hour wages can be allotted to workers and their pay checks can be calculated weekly or monthly basis. All working hours logged by a worker will be multiplied with per hour rate of the worker. To increate per hour rate of a worker, admin can consult performance reports.
8- Results
Administrators can view progress reports, worker activity and performance reports, calculate working hours for payments, and more.
